If there’s something I have to complain about the people in Goldsmith, even when it is so close to Gardendale, is that most people here don’t really care about their properties and that, for someone like me who actually cares about it, it’s awful horrible. I’ve lived in many places and something I always notice is that people do their best to keep their indoor areas looking amazing, which is quite the opposite of what happens in Goldsmith.

I would love to change this, but I know very well that is easier to say it than do it, and to begin with, most people don’t invest in their properties because they find it useless. How can I change that thought? Well, I know I can, but it’s going to take time. For now, I just want you to be different, at least like me in this aspect. Making sure that your property looks amazing is very important if you want to attract people and bring attention to it. This, for commercial properties, is like a rule if you want it to be successful at some point.

Now, I know that most people who start to invest time, effort, and money, pay too much attention to features or things that don’t really matter when enhancing the appearance of their properties. Therefore, I don’t want you to make the same mistake, so I want to tell you here and now that the painting of your property is ten times more important than other elements of your house or business.
